Terms of Service

Last updated October 13, 2026

These terms apply when you use SnapAudit (snapaudit.live). By using the site or paying for a letter, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use SnapAudit.

What SnapAudit is, and is not

SnapAudit is a self-help document-preparation tool. You enter the items you want to dispute, and SnapAudit formats them into a standard dispute letter based on the Fair Credit Reporting Act. SnapAudit is not a law firm, a credit repair organization, or a credit counseling service. It does not provide legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship.

SnapAudit does not contact credit bureaus, creditors, or collectors on your behalf. You review, sign, and mail the letters yourself.

Your responsibilities

  • You decide which items to dispute. Only dispute items you believe in good faith are inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable.
  • You are responsible for reviewing each letter for accuracy before you send it, including your personal details and the bureau it is addressed to.
  • Automatic redaction of Social Security and account numbers is a convenience and may not catch every format. Check your text before generating a letter.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use SnapAudit.

No guarantees

SnapAudit does not guarantee that any item will be corrected or removed, that any credit bureau will respond in a particular way, or that your credit score will change. Accurate information may remain on your credit report. You have the right to dispute information directly with the credit bureaus at no cost.

Price and payment

SnapAudit charges a one-time fee of $39 to unlock your dispute letters, including letters addressed to each of Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. An optional 30-day follow-up letter is available for a separate one-time fee of $12. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. Payment is processed by Stripe; SnapAudit does not see or store your card details. All sales are final and non-refundable; see our Refund Policy.

Third-party links and referral fees

SnapAudit may link to third-party companies, such as a tradeline partner. These offers are optional and provided by the third party, not by SnapAudit. If you tell a partner that SnapAudit referred you and you become their customer, SnapAudit may receive a referral fee from them. SnapAudit does not control third-party products or terms and is not responsible for them. Review any third party's terms before you buy, and note that some lenders and scoring models may not count authorized-user accounts.

Use of the letters

Once you have paid, you may print, save, and send the letters you generate for your own personal use. You may not resell the service or use it to prepare letters for other people for a fee.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

SnapAudit is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapAudit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the letters or from decisions you make about your credit. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so these may not apply to you in full.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
