Refund Policy

All sales are final. SnapAudit does not offer refunds. The one-time $39 fee unlocks your dispute letters immediately after payment, and because you receive the product right away, payments cannot be refunded once made.

Before you pay

You can paste your items and see a preview of your letter before you pay. Please make sure SnapAudit is what you want before you check out. SnapAudit does not guarantee that any credit bureau will remove or change any item or that your credit score will change, so those outcomes are not grounds for a refund.

If something goes wrong with access

If you paid but cannot unlock or print your letters, email hello@snapaudit.live from the address you used at checkout with your Stripe receipt, and we will work with you to restore access.
